ATTITUDE from ALTITUDE DESIGNS is the place where I will blog about home staging and redesign and any other thing that I feel I should pass on to you.

ALTITUDE DESIGNS wants to talk about smells...of animals for one.  I love dogs, I have 2 and a visiting cat and 7 horses. So you guessed it, I live on a farm. So when it is time to place your property (which becomes a product to sell) we have to talk about smells. If you smoked or there were other smells that a potential buyer would sense when they open the front door, we would discuss those also.
So I don't want to leave anything so the potential buyer would be sensitive to the odors. First we would Clean, Clean and then Clean some more. We would not cover up these things so that the object that is causing the smell would be hidden. Because a newcomer to your property would pick up on this smell. You are used to the smells of your home and they go unnoticed to you and your family.
So I know it is work but it is so worth it so you present your property with it's BEST FIRST IMPRESSION! You only get one chance to do this so don't miss it!!!
